both by the weather, and by some sort of bug… was shitting myself - thinking it was the pig flu and worried for my dad to be honest, but it seems to hae just been a couple of days of a summer cold. Phew. Still, not feeling too chipper, and seeing as it was pissing down outside, discretion was better part of valour and I’ve had an easy couple of days. Finally felt right again today, and turned the usual loop, with a bit on the end ofr good measure. Peed off at not getting miles I wanted, but all things considered, i’m pretty happy just to be feeling right again!
